Affiliate Terms

These terms sit on top of the Terms of Service and apply when we approve you as a BabySpeak affiliate.

1. Programme. You market BabySpeak to adults. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner.
2. Commission. 25% of the subscriber’s first paid invoice (after store tax display, using the GBP catalogue price if the store does not send a GBP amount). Yearly = £7.50, monthly = £1.00 at launch prices. No commission on renewals, refunds or chargebacks — refunded orders are clawed back.
3. Attribution. Last approved click or in-app code within 30 days. Self-referrals and your own household’s purchases do not count.
4. Payouts. PayPal, monthly in arrears, minimum £25. We may request an invoice. You are responsible for your own tax.
5. Creative. You may use our name and the phrase “Made with BabySpeak”. You may not impersonate us, buy our trademark as a search keyword, or imply BabySpeak is a medical or developmental tool.
6. FTC / ASA. You must disclose the relationship (#ad, “paid link”, or platform-equivalent) in every commercial post.
7. Rejection. We may refuse or close accounts that spam, use bots, fake conversions, or harm the brand. Unpaid balances below £25 on closure are forfeited.
