End User Licence Agreement

This EULA is the standard licensed-application agreement required by Apple, together with our Terms of Service. If they conflict for an iOS download, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licence grant, and our Terms cover the Service we operate.

Pattern Systems Ltd grants you a non-transferable licence to use BabySpeak on Apple-branded or Android products that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules in the App Store or Google Play terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are additional transactions with Apple or Google. We are the developer; Apple and Google are not parties to the content we generate.
